Important (2) In questions, where area of square of rectangles are asked, always make a figure in rough to avoid any mistake.
Question Type - 10 - The area of a square field is 6400 sqM. A rectangular is having same perimeter but width is four time of height. Find the area of rectangular.
Answer - 10 - Find the square root of 6400 square M.
The square root is 80 M i.e.
One sides of square is 80M.
Perimeter = 4*80= 320M.
Now in rectangular the width is four times, therefore sides are N & 4N .
Now perimeter of rectangle will be 4N+4N+N+N=320M.
and therefore N=320/10 = 32M.
Width= 4N=4*32=128 and Height=N=32.
Therefore Area = 128*32 = 4096 SqM.
