Question Type - 11 - Square root by long division method.
Answer - 11- Example of this method in shown in drawing. But please do some example from
your text book for clear understanding.
Question Type - 12 - What is least no of four digits, which is perfect square
Answer - 12- In these type of question first write the smallest number.
In this case it will be 1000.
Now find the square root of this and leave the reminder.
The square root of 1000 is 31and reminder is 39.
Leave the reminder and add 1 to the square root. i.e. 31+1 = 32 .
Now take the square of 32
i.e. 32*32= 1024.
1024 is the least no of four digits, which is perfect square.
